Hi all,


I have a current account with Axis Ruby Branch(1865, Rajdanga Main Rd, Sarat Park, Bosepukur Purbapara, Sector F, East Kolkata Twp, Kolkata, West Bengal 700107)


It has been more than 2 years I have this current a/c with them.


A bank representative(Srijon) promptly visited our branch for opening this a/c with them.


We influenced with the services got ready to open the A/c.


And then the tragedy starts which are mentioned as following:-


For past two years we are still waiting for online bank statements, every time we visit the branch, the Branch Manager(Mr. Amit Grover) does all possible setting to activate the service, calls all possible people just to show that he did all but fails,


Every time we visit the branch we only end up wasting our time.


At this crucial time of Demonetization he has been giving out cash to his dear ones in the branch which is more than INR 30, 000 and people standing in Que since morning are returned empty hand stating no cash in Branch.


When it is mentioned by RBI at this time that no bank service charges will be deducted they have no explanation to the same and money is constantly being deducted from our bank a/c for ATM/Mobile etc services.


The Branch manager also discusses the a/c details in public to my staffs which is not authentic and voids the banking ethics.


When I requested for a Cheque book it is a big hassle to deal with all the staffs in the branch.


I never receive documents at my office address which has been updated with them n no. of times(I receive all documents from other banks and services with no hassle), when informed them the same with politeness they were awesomely rude.


Lastly when I asked them to close my A/C with them he is asking me to close all my other a/c's which I hold in other Banks stating he will help me closing those a/c's
