My Mistake - I paid 300 bucks less. They charged me and finally made it 800 in 2 months. I agreed to pay 400 and then the deal was they will reverse the other 400. I paid and I called them their system was down.
They said they will reverse it. Once that was done. I forgot no stattements for some 5 months and then boooooom a bill of Rs.2200 then the fight starts and the settlement dept calls me and strikes a deal for Rs.1000 and again I wait for 2 months.
No reply and then when I call them and fight and they ask me to pay the full amount 2789.98 I am fed up and pay the amount. Now the bouncer comes here. I called them at 11.00 am on Nov 10th and then at 12.pm my new bill is generated and the amount goes up by 90.73 on 12th I make the payment(remember its diwali time and I am all busy) now they want me to pay that 90.73 also as they cannot reverse it What the hell now I hate such rigid banks who even after getting money want the last paisa also.
Finally I am frustrated after fighting with one lady manager and pay 91 bucks. I leave the 0.17 paisa as a diwali gift for the SUPER USELESS AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD TEAM
