Recent past I was owning a axis bank visa credit card , my experience with it is horrible instead of that my credit card was against my own fdr of 80 thousand INR .i put that credit card on auto debit .as all my purchases were paid by my other premium account automatically.I did lot of purchases by that credit card , hotel, travel.
I Pad , mobiles national and internationaly .they showed me thousand s of bonus points but never got redeemed.Their call centres are useless they dont help in right manner they are ownself confused.when I checked the complete statements I got shocked they are deducting money uselessly by their hidden charges .so I paid all my debts and surrendered them my credit card for deactivation .then again they charged me uselessly for no purchase even after deactivation its almost a year.i paid a extra of nearly 15 Thousand rs even after I surrendered my credit in their branch.more worst is that they still didnt deactivated my card I think so coz after 2 Years I am still getting their bills and statements .i would never recomend anyone to hav credit card from axis bank.
