I never miss the due date for credit card. But only once I missed it due to Axis Bank website not working properly.
After giving request to reverse the charges, no action has been taken for one month. After that, for request to cancel the card also, no action taken till now. And for charges, bank is charging.
Waste bank. I will close all relationships with the bank soon. Its been 4 months now.
