It is so difficult to actually talk to someone, I think I managed after some 20- 25 attempts to be told to generate phone pin. No one told me that the atm pin is the same as phone pin, I may have been ignorant but they did not help. I generated the pin and once again I was unable to reach an agent. The option never is there. One just accidentally reaches them sometime. There is no option of talking to an agent. I know this must be to curtail calls but them, we are paying and in a crisis or panic u r just fumbling with various nos trying hard to reach an agent.
I wanted to stop a transaction but could not do it. There was a transaction made using my previous card entry without the final password which is mandatory by RBI. I got no msg that the transaction was made except after they cleared the transaction, and then I could never reach the rt place to stop or cancel it. Reading all the other reviews I think I ought to just cancel this credit card. What is the use of some loyalty points when the bank is in reality not loyal to u!`
