When I have joined first company XYZ.and I had salary account of axis bank. once time I receive call from customer care executive that they have good offer free credit card because my salary is not up to the point where I could be use it. I received credit card with free processing fees. I think axis bank has very nice customer service.
I have used many times axis credit card for shopping and other places. once the bill has generated 50000 then they refuse to convert in to EMI. I have lot of times requested them to help regarding EMI. but no use. I did not like this think as other bankers credit cards are allowing EMI on their bill so why not Axis Bank?
also after expiring my credit card I should get new credit card but many times I requested them to change address and help to get new credit card. I am giving 6 out of 10 for customer service to axis bank.
