I was working with AXA in Bangalore near BTM Layout 2nd stage for UK process for almost about 9 months there, My experience with that company was good but initially I had issues with the TL and floor supervisor as I was new to the company. The facility they provide in the company is really good. They had lots of things organized unlike other companies, Like cab facility, and good and clean pantry, organised management including HR dept. They use to conduct a monthly team meeting to check how is the management how is the managers behavior with team mates in an out of the management. and the take the feed back from every employee and they implement it.
They paid the salary on the last day of the month or one day before the last day of the month.
Once I had issue with Quality people monitoring the my calls and every often the called me for the feed back and they literally made me cry that is how the feed back was. I was in the verge of leaving the company and before that many seniors advised me to take it to the HR and the operations managers. I did took it to the HR, HR called operation manager for a one on one session with me and said that the feed back that they give is not the way the feed back is given they literally insulting the my ability and my background and all the other things what they do to me and all newbies in the company and requested them to change me to the different dept in the same program. They took immediate action and they move me to the DND dept and they made me report direct operations manager.
so like AXA very much but mean while we got update that AXA will be moved to CAPITAL and there will be closing of this UK process here and they will launch Bharatiya AXA.
But they Paid us 3 Months salary for every employee.
I wish to work with them if given opportunity for UK process.
