Did you saw the title of my review?
it says "tera yakin kyun maine kiya nahi".
same was my situation when I watch AWARAPAN. at the time of release my friend saw it in theater and told me that its excellent. I didnt beleive him and so the title of review.
commnig back to the movie. watch awarapan, please.
i watched it late on calbe TV and just was spellbound by two things first handling of subject by the director, but it was EMRAAN HASMI who just made me one of his big fans after this movies..
i use to consider EMRAAN as on of the lucky ba*tards of the industry coz he only use to sleep with everybody in every movie and the movie would be a super hit even its a waste product...to the contrary he doesnt even have kiss in tihs movie...SPENDID PERFORMANCE FROM HIM....
story wise its mix of many things like a love story + hindu musim+ believer of god...
beautifful concieved by mohit suri...the only negative point in the movie is the love stroy of emraan hasmi, that should have been a little shorter..
the best portion of the movie are the last 20 minutes...fantastic , absoultetly awesome....
before the movie realease the songs were big hit, I too liked it...but when I saw the movie and the song "Tera Mera rishta purana" I jsut coundt beleive it, it was not a love song, it just touched your heart so deep within...before watching it I just use to thing it would be another rainy song with emraan and the heroine in bed having sex...but so much wrong I was....
the netire portion at the end whne emraan is killed sohws the caliber of mohit suri..
as per casting: the girl who is shown as the love interest of emraan is sooooooooooooooooo cute, I tihnk she is the same girl opposite rajnikant in sivaji:the boss..
she has a small but very very very effective role, her charcter is shown in such a way that anybody can fall in love with her.
emraan hasmis friend is also another character who has acted very well.
aushutosh rana is superb.
the seond lead girl who has bigger role then the lead actress is also good.
ashish vidyarthi is wasted.
purab kholi in a maniac villain role is very good..
above all its emraan hasmi to look for in the movie..
background music and songs exceptional...
bueatiful hongkong shot beautifully..

production value is good...
bhat films are always better then the big buget akshay kumar starrers..
but awarapan is exception...
is it not better it one of the best from bhatt camp...
get a DVD please watch it...
