Aviva Life Insurance is a fraud and 'chor' company which operates hand in glove with its knavish, tricky and fraud sales agents.
The terms and policies these agents mention at the time of introducing the policy are totally in contrast to the actual terms .The actual terms are hidden behind such technical jargon that an layman will obviously not understand .
I had a policy with Aviva for 3 years and then a tricky agent Mr Pritpal Singh came to my house and told me that a mere switch in the policy from balanced fund TO growth fund will be profitable to me AND in the process HE GOT A WHOLE NEW 20 YEAR POLICY INSTATED IN MY NAME.Taking it for just a switch in the fund allocation of my policy ,
I signed the papers without reading .And thats been the biggest mistake of my life so far.Recently only I realised that he had instated a new policy in my name .Even the telephone no. in the policy , he had put in his own no. , so that I dont get informed of the new policy .When I got the mail for paying the premium next year , I realized what a cheat he had done .The previous policy elapsed in paid up status .Even in that policy out of RS 360000 that I had invested only 3 lakh 43 thousand was left .
When I finally went to surrender my previous policy I kept to know of the HORRIBLE affairs of the company.I met three other people who had come to surrender their policy .All had suffered losses .Most of them had been trickly introduced to such policies like the fraudelent Pritpal singh.And even the darn server wasnt working in the company .The staff as usual did not know when it would repair.If you actually go to the aviva company , u would realize all the lalu panjus are working here .Those who dont get any job , come here to work ...seriously!!!
A lady who could not even read/write English has also been duped of her hard earned money .
Friends this place actually sucks big time ...And unless u want to make an idiot of yourself , I would advice you not to fall for any policy Aviva agents try to sell you .The company actually condones such incidents , they are working hand in glove with such agents .
