I feel this review is:
Aviva just want to give you hard time before they issue policy. Most important thing customer representative cannot do any thing for u. Best word SIR, I REALLY SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO YOU and that's it. Really unqualified staff aviva have. No body knows full information about one specific policy. Guys never never go for aviva. Save your money and time too.
