I brought this laptop for my brother about 1.5 years ago. Writing the previous statement I'm actually kind of surprised that it lasted this long. Why Surprised? . here's why. First of all, it came suspiciously cheap. I mean in 26000 Rs you were getting 500 GB SSD, fully loaded with Windows 10 and also bundled with the Microsoft suite plus the laptop does have a good screen . In Addition, you get better graphics capabilities with AMD 3500U Radeon Graphics under the hood.
Secondly, this company tried to copy the MacBook air's design in cheap colorful plastic variants. It looks as if the laptop falls once and it's game over since the plastic might probably crack.
Finally, I did a very big mistake of not buying this from an authorized dealer, who had little knowledge about the product
because at the time even I did not know that extending the SSD To 1TB(I know the website specifies this Laptop to support just 512 Gigs of SSD, But trust me the motherboard works with 1 Tb of SSD) would void the Warranty, so I asked him the same and he said it did not void the warranty. But just after 6 months or so the Laptop stopped working, as in it would turn on but the screen remained off. I raised a complaint on the website, It took around 30 days for them to send a technician, who told us that the problem was with the SSD(That we upgraded) and not the
motherboard. So Basically we had to replace the SSD. For that diagnosis, I had to wait 30 days.
Anyway, Some other problems include Heating Issue, Insufficient ram for the Graphics processor(Only 1 Gb).
The Fact is It's a good spec laptop at a cheap price but one would always be walking on eggshells using this device since once it gives up on you, you are truly hopeless at least for about 30 - 40 days.
