I had approached them to get some infomation of Tata Hexa, but not only did they not know about the car, but also did not know how to handle inbound customer queries. I hope Tata has more courteous staff to handle high end cars Despite chasing this Agency for two weeks they could not arrange for a test drive, wherein a similar agency in South Ex offered a test drive booked an appointment for Test Drive in 5 minutes. The smaller agencies of Tata cant sell premium cars and Tata should do something about it.
