My name is Disha Choudari.I purchased Audi Q7 for Rs.96 Lakhs about 3 months back. Really loved the look and feel of the car.

Driving experience is like cake walk.However, within just few weeks my break pad had to be replaced (I was charged, handsomely).

Within the first two months I started noticing that the wheels started to lose the grip and got screwed!

There was not even 1 week which I have spent without any problems.Then I contacted the Audi service from where I purchased the vehicle. Damn! They are so unprofessional! I' am talking about Bangalore location. Not sure how is the service else where.

It took 6 days for them to just revert back to me to ask what was my issue! I mean, I didnt pay 96 Lakhs for this nonsense!

1) The car looks tuff, but it actually is extremely delicate!

2) Get ready to spend a lot of money on hanky panky things like break pads, gears, wheel alignments and tyre wear and tear right from the 1st or 2nd month itself. Yes, you heard that right!

3) When you pay close to 1 crore for a vehicle, you definitely expect service worth 1 crore! I' am disgusted with the way Audi has been dealing with its customers in Bangalore. They are really rude and make you feel that they have nothing to do with your problem.

4) I was very upset with the car. And now the unprofessional service is making me regret of my decision of Audi Q7.

5) I own other cars as well: Hyundai Verna, Honda City & Skoda Fabia. I love their service and response. They never ill treated me.

6) Audi Q7 was such a waste of my valuable time and money!

7) Let me know if anybody wants to buy it, I am ready to give it away at 30% - 40% off! I can get a 10 times better car in 10 times lesser price!
