I had a very poor interview experience here. I applied and got a call from an HR intern. He didn't sound professional, very rough communication skills.
2nd day a lady HR called me to fix my interview with a Senior person from the team.3rd day two lady HR called me up from two different numbers. They told me the same thing that my interview will take place from another 2 hours from now. This was unprofessional again as there was no need to me two times.
The final interview. The interviewer was a lady again. She was very rough and serious in her tone. I didn't like the way she was asking questions to me and seemed she was in a hurry. People are busy in their live. All are working. Its you who has to take things smoothly. She asked me few old techniques of SEO that we don't use in our organizations.
This showed me what techniques they must be using at work. The interview process was a messy one and hence I believe given an offer to me, I wouldn't have joined seeing this approach during conducting an interview.
