Asus Zenwatch 2 comes with two varient in two different sizes. The larger varient W1501Q has 1.63, 320/320 pixel screen with density of 278 ppi, while the smaller varient W1502Q has a 1.45, 280/280 pixel screen with a 273 ppi density. Both the varients comes with very sharp and bright AMOLED displays.
The Zenwatch 2 runs stock Android wear 5.1.1. and is powered by a Snapdragon 400 SoC, 512 MB Ram and 4GB Internal storage and Bluetooth 4.1. Swiping its software is effortless while using Zenwatch 2 and there is no noticeable lag. Opening apps is very quick and general interface is also very smooth.
W1501Q comes with capacity of 400mAh battery and W1502Q with 300mAh capacity and both can easily gives you a standby power of almost two days which is very satisfactory by android wear standards.
The Asus Zenwatch 2 requires Android wear app to run and works on devices running Android 4.3 or later.
Zenwatch 2 has a few apps pre installed like heart rate sensor, Pedometer, Jawbone UP step tracker, an SOS tool and a weather app. You can control and access data from this device from your smartphone by installing Zenwatch Manager and Wellness app.
The watch is very much water resistant and comply with IP67 standard.
The charging of the watch is very quick and hassle free.
