After success of Asus Zenfone's 1st edition series 4, 4.5, 5, and 6 Asus launched its Zenfone 2 Series. Asus Zenfone Selfies one of the best contender for the best smartphone available at midrange price segment. Asus has launched this smartphone in two diffrent variants. One with 2GB Ram and 16 GB of storage while other comes with 3GB ram and 32GB storage.
Lets talk about Specification:
It Comes with 64 bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor at 1.7 GHz Speed with Adreno 405 Graphic chipset. Which is decent for budget device.
Phone has 3GB Ram with 32GB storage capacity. you will get atleast 25GB of free storage at 1st boot. and you will notice 2GB of free Ram. Also we can expand storage with sd card,
5.5 inch IPS LCD screen having full HD resolution. Screen comes with Gorilla Glass 4 protection but I suggest you to install nice screen protector.
Obviously comes with Dual SIM with 4G capability.
Android 5.0 with ZenUI which is announced Android 6 upgrade in future. Asus ZenUI is more stable, fluid and customizable then Samsung's TouchWiz UI.
Overall design is beautiful. volume rocker at back panel comes handy and we can also use them as camera shutter button while you take selfies. Beautiful metalic chin add premium looks. Looks good to hold in hand.
3000mah battery last long a day with normal usage.
Now lets talk about highlighted features of this phone. Asus Zenfone Selfie has 13 MP front and back camera. Front camera has f/2.2 aperture with two tone flash. while back camera comes with f/2.0 aperture with dual tone flash and laser auto focus system. Laser auto focus work with charm while you take close up photos. camera is not up to that mark but in this price range its decent and takes decent photos. Camera app has plenty of features and modes like Auto, Manual, Beautification, Time lapse, Slow Mo, selfie panorama etc. I suggest you to use manual mode to capture good photos.
