Hi Guys, please think twice b4 purchasing this phone(#ASUS_ZENFONE_MAX_PRO_1) coz, this phone have lots of issues like, camera problem, finger print sensor problem, battery backup is not good enough and software issue, I bought this phone on 1st August after 3-4 days, I am facing some problems with this phone and raise the replacement ticket on 8th August but @FLIPKART send a technician at home on 13th August and he(technician) is a very dump guy, he format my phone and said Sir APKA PHONE FORMAT KRNE PE HI SHI HOGA. AGR KOI PROBLEM AAYE TO AAP PHIR SE COMPLAINT RAISE KR DENA, @FLIPKART PHONE KO REPLACE KR DEGA, that time problem got resolved but after 1 day the same problems comes again and and #FLIPKART send again same person at my doorstep on 18th August and again he format the phone and problem still remain same, and now @FLIPKART is saying about 10 DAYS REPLACEMENT POLICY, WE SEND THE TECHNICIAN AT YOUR DOORSTEP INSTEAD OF REPLACE THE PRODUCT AND YOUR 10 DAYS POLICY HAS BEEN EXPIRED, so now please visit to @ASUS service center, BRAND WILL PROVIDE YOU 1 YEAR WARRANTY. LOL! Customer spend his/her money for visiting the #ASUS SERVICE CENTER?. GUY'S PLEASE THINK TWICE B4 PURCHASING THIS PHONE?
