They have 1000 reasons why not to service your phone freely. They have limited service centres, (and tht too is outsourced agency:()
This is the 1st Indian phone which hav litmus paper inside, which only you come to know when you hav a problem, . and when you need a service the agency will open before you and say that paper is red so warranty is null and void. so we will service with charges. no warranty for you phone.
When called custmer care. he has no idea why one paper is red and another is white. if you phone is water effected both paper should hav been red.
if litmus paper doesnt work. then the screw formula comes in effect. the screw are rusted - so warranty is null and void
if this doesnt work the final answer is . the problem is because of the fall so warranty is null and void.
I went to F1 solutions and saw 3 cases and had the same answer for me too.
Basically they have outsourced agency. so this is the only way to pay them through cheating customer
I bought this phone in May and hav problem with power key, sound is very low, hangs up frequently. and customer is non responsive and service centre are well trained to make you warranty null and void, .
