Lower Quality Android Mobile-Waste Of Money. Review on Asus Zenfone 4

Now a days maximum people use android phone . Many students mainly use their device for study purpose, online examination form fillup, online money transfer, etc . So, Android mobile is useful& important for many people . So, your device should be good quality . But, my experience of my life's first android phone was very bad .

Asus ZenFone 4 is one of the worst mobile in market . I had been using ASUS ZenFone 4 for 1 year 7 months . Within first 11 months, I need to go 3 times in ASUS Service Center . This was too bad . When I first purchased this mobile, I saw shut down bottom were damaged . So, exchanged this mobile . Maximum points about the phone was too bad& worst .

I did not play game in my Asus ZenFone 4 i.e I don't pressurized my device too much .I used my device very normally, just for calling and chatting. But, I need to charge my device minimum 2 times per days . So, it's battery back up is too bad .

After using 2 months, I checked sometimes my mobile automatically shut down or restart . Sometimes I got beep sound during phone call . One day I saw charging can't done properly even I used original charger . Charging percentage was stable at a point . So, for these reasons I went on service center, they said mother board are damaged .

So, after 7 days they changed my mobile's motherboard . After using more 1 months, one day suddenly when I try to reset my device after shut down of my device, it is unable to switched on . After caming Asus logo, there no change . So, again I went on service center& they changed motherboard . After few days again I face beep sound problem, charging problem& automatically restart problem, then they reset my mobile .I asked them why I was facing same types of problems again& again . Then their service center representative misbehave with me& tell I have many problems . But, this is not my fault . In service center I saw many customers also facing with too many different kind of problems . Their service center is too small . Their service center representative also provided me many wrong information . Actually service man was not well known about the phone, their knowledge was very bad . They don't know answer of my question related to this phone . That's why they were angry .

Their service center said motherboard's price is 5500/- where full device's price is 5000/- . So, after expiry of warranty if I face this type of problem, just I need to drop my device in dustbin.

Maximum time my device hang on . But, I don't install many application . So, it's motherboard, ram's quality are too bad . Camera are not upto mark . Primary camera is something good . Front camera is too bad . Only design of the phone was too good . It provides smooth feather touch .

After using around 1 year 7 months one day I saw my device unable to switch on . I have tried to on my device in different process, plug in the charger again& again . But no positive result, device till not opened . Then I checked my phone's battery by multimeter, I saw no sufficient voltage reading show in screen . Then I found the problem why my device not open . The reason is battery fully damaged . Now, imagine after using only 1 year 7 months my device gone useless .

So, I have many bad experiences with Asus ZenFone 4 . Totally I wasted my money by purchasing this mobile device . I suggest to all don't buy Asus ZenFone 4 .
