Friends, I have purchased ASUS 5Z on 20 Aug 2018 after looking commitment from CEO about quality and after sales.(Infact No one wants after sales issues). Unfortunately on 27th June 2019 My Phone stopped catching network. I did best of mine and afterwards contacted online help. They also failed and at last I suggested to arrange Pickup of my phone they did arrangement but since 27th June Till Today 10th July 2019 no one picked the phone to repair. Even after Calling 5-6 Times and was asking to pickup the phone and give me standby as committed by your CEO while launching. I am totally unhappy with statement of theirs. "FOR THIS YOU HAVE TO VISIT PERSONALLY SERVICE CENTER" I said your CEO didn't said such a thing at the time of launching. But then also I visited Authorized service center in KALYAN. They said it will take 3-5 days to get to know issues we will call you back once issue resolved. At that place also I asked for Standby Phone but ASUS policy is not clear with their own staff.
I am very upset with such rude and negligible behavior of ASUS staff. and still I am running without Phone
