This is a very poor product . Asus keeps saying persistence quality , but my experience after using Asus 550 cm was persistence poor quality .
I bought this laptop in June 2013 .At first, I had some issues with the touch screen but I believed that it could be win 8 software . However, to my unfortunate fate, the whole screen is compromised .Now, Asus serivce man says that according to the company policy, he will repair the product for free . But if at all I have to use a repaired product then why buy a new laptop, just buy any second hand laptop, get it repaired and get 1 year warranty on the component. .
For me there is no difference between a repaired 2nd hand laptop and first hand Asus laptop 550 cm .
To add on to my agony, even after repeated requests, the service guys kept sending me the same email 10 times.
Do not fall for such fake promises. Buy dell or acer or repaired 2nd hand laptop.
