I am using Asus Memo Pad Smart 10 for one year and it is working properly with no hanging or any other problems.
Its 5 mp rear camera is better than 8 mp of other cameras, secondary camera of 1.2 mp is not that much good. It have an internal memmemory of 16 GB and 1 GB RAM.
It consist a 1.2 GHz quad core processor which makes it more faster. Sound quality is alao good. this tab is a good option for game lovers, you can play games with great joy because it have a big screen of 10 inches, now come to the problems with asua memo pad, the screen ppi is really poor, it is not easy to handle but still I like this tab and recommend it to other
