So, last diwali i treated myself with an intel dual core atom z2520 SoC tablet with 1 GB ram a decent 7 Inch screen(1024x600) resolution and a massive battery. wow thats a lot of spec to be priced under 7000 INR(4GB variant) .
Exclusively available on Flipkart. used it for a month and have to say screen is very bad on this one even crisp thing looks ugly on this one anyways it was on android 4.3 then came the 4.4.2 update and man I am impressed ASUS delivering updates so soon finger crossed for 5.0 update.
And then it started showing it true colors sim 1 slot stopped working(oh, hell yes it a dual sim mobile enlarged to a size of tablet with which you can call) took it to service center where it all Happened they changed it motherboard for 4-5 times within a period of 1 months time but something or the other went wrong nothing was working fine and I curse android for not providing a better backup and restore app since I got fedup with restoring it and downloading my apps every third day after I got the tablet submitted, even on device with replaced MB.
OS was dated and was 4.3 have to download each and every OTA but then as I have told they used to crash on me and again motherboards were swapped but of no help(Verdict: Asus service centers are worst) then I wrote a mail to asus and mr. madan chand took over my matter and provided me with a brand new tablet and this time 8GB variant but what all glitters is not gold same problem sim 1 slot stopped working as soon I started using it got the Mainboard changed again by the service center and surprise surprise that service center no more exists so had to travel another 1 hr to find the new one which was even worse than the previous one. I got so furious with the services of ASUS I finally wrote a mail demanding them to refund my money or atleast give me ASUS tablet which even works properly(yes, i hoped they atleast had one in their stable) But mr. Madan Chand very politely said sir you have to deal with the one we have given you and your money is now wasted and thus we are sorry but you have to live with it(or in my words OLX p bech de(that too no one is buying)(Sob.). and then came the Android 5.0 update and it made my device stone aged one apps open in a while so u can sip your coffee without losing any updates and rest is What I call chinese maal loge to esa hi hoga bhai.
