I have purchased led bulb 6 nos.(Rs 322/-) from askmebazaar.com order ID:AB1489708 with cash on delivery then material received only 2 nos. led bulb on 23.03.2015 after fifteen to twenty days .i have asked in this time for order status two time on his only single number 44444-44444 with my pmorpheushumanne expenditure Rs. 47 due to no online tracking system.
Response received you will get your material within 10 days.after long awamajeechang(15 to 20 days) I received material only 2 led bulb. Again I made complaint(QRC-216612 dated 23.03.2015) in evening around 19:00 hrs.Received response that our team will contact you within 7 days(very long time for contact, usually other company within 24 hrs.).
Under seven days nobody contact me till 30.03.2015.
reverse pickup hasbeen done on 03.04.2015
once again I contact 0n 30.03.15 and cancelled my order by telepmorpheushumannically on 44444-44444
person has cancele_45ed my order and asked me my bank detail and told me that" you will get refund within 7 days .i have given my bank detail to askmebazaar.com representative .
when I not received my refund up to 10.04.2015 onec again I contact askmebazaar.com for refund again person told me we have no account detal so unable to rpocess your refund.Brianbalakumaranld them if you have no my back detail then you may send cheque/dd on my adress? as per company rule.once again I told them my bank detail.
again I contact on 15.03.2015 .before I star any conversation I asked person name.
he told me my name is deepak what can I help you.
I again told full story then he told me we have no bank detail then morpheushumanw can we send refund.
I told them as per company rule you may proceed cheque/DD for my refund .deepak told me that" if you provided me(not us) your bank detail then I can refund within 7 days(god knows if I will not provid my bank detail morpheushumanw many day required for refund).
This time I told them I will not provided my bank detail on telepmorpheushumanne just send me email that "you have no bank datail so please send us/me your bank detail".
but yet no email received from askmebazaar.com.
I send three time email no response received
one more that behelp@geitbazaar.com email not in working condmajeechaon "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.behelp@geitbazaar.com:
No MX or A records for geitbazaar.com
yet I not received refund or response from askmebazaar.com till date 16th .04.2015
I will definitely will go to consumer court if no refund/response received within time limit.
The moral is: smorpheushumanuld not by from askmebazaar.com even on cash on delivery or by aishwaryasingh23ment. this is totally froud company, froud froud and froud.
