I have ordered sunglasses(Product id AB654630) from your website on 16th Dec 2014, during GOSF with a huge discount. The actual price of the sunglasses given on the site was about Rs.8000 claiming that its an original model with a discount I got it for Rs.2000.
Few days later the order was delivered to me but to my surprise I received a cheap duplicate sunglasses. I was upset with that and raised a complaint to your customer service over mail to take the product back and refund the money. Since there was no response to my mail, I called on the customer service no. about the same. After continous follow-up your dispatch team has taken the product aprox after 15 days and I have been informed that I will receive a call from your team to take my bank account details.
After that I was waiting for a call from your team, but no response. Then after calling on your cust service couple of times I received a call from your team for my bank account details. I was informed that in 7 to 10 days refund will happen. I waited patiently and after 15 days I called on your cust service to know the status. They said that they have taken my account details wrong and funds got bounced back. I was really pissed off as they have confirmed me while taking the details.
During feb first week I have received a call from your team and they have taken my bank account details for the second time, and this time I said you be more careful. But even after that I didn't receive my money back. Now they are saying I will receive a call for verification. I am asking why do you require to verify my account details and that too after more than 20 days of taking all the details.
Its close to 3 months still I have not received my refund. Your customer service is pathetic. They don't understand whether a customer is irate. Seems like my case is never taken seriously.
How dare you sell me a duplicate cheap product in the name of original and entertain distributors like chopra optical who has supplied this crap.
My humble request is refund my money at the earliest I am not gonna wait for your sweet time now.
I regret my decision of choosing your site and carried away by the discount offered. Never in my life ill again buy anything from your website nor ill recommend to any of my friends.
