I(Harjinder Singh, Email: mailmeharjinder singh) have ordered a micromax led tv 50' on 13/11/2015 on EMI through my credit card, Debited my a/c after ordering .
After 10 days I call back to know about my product and executive told me you will get it in 2 hours without any updated status when I talk to his senior than he told me the order has been cancelled today(23/11/2015) due non availability of product.
Now I am calling daily for refund my money and its funny whenever I call the executive told me that your product is dispatched or order is active or will get today, tomorrow.
Than I have to make him understand that my order is no more active pls ask from your seniors than they always again confirm and sorry that order is cancelled from our end you will be refunded in 1 week now bank will charge interest on 1 December 2015 and I am in great funny indian trouble that paid cash, have to pay interest and not getting my order and also not got refund yet.
Suggestion for viewer: Go to any reputed site where u can track your order and complaint about anything wrong.
