Summary of the story:
I wanted to gift someone for Christmas and found some product in askmebazaar.com.
Ordered the product online on 12th December and paid online.
I was hoping that there is still enough days for Christmas and delivery will happen before that.
Waiting started. No calls. No confirmations.
Called 2 - 3 times and finally on 22nd December(After 10 days), they said the product is dispatched and will be receiving in 5 working days.
I thought I can at least gift for new year!.
Waiting continues. called 2 - 3 times and every time same response.
Finally lost patient and asked them to cancel and refund money back.
Every time they say the complaint is registered and I would get a call in 24 hours. Never happened.
Their customer care number is not toll free and if I calculate my phone charges would exceed the product amount.
Conclusion:-
I am still waiting for their 24 hours to get over(for last 15 days!) and completely dissatisfied.
My advice would be, even if you order from them, make it as cash on delivery. They behave as if "I have got your money, now let us see how you get it back.". Tired of this.
