On Feb10th 2015 I have received a damaged product(mixer grinder) from Askmebazaar.com site, which was ordered on Jan 28th 2015. Order no: AB942368. The mixer is completely damaged and all plastic materials of two jars are broken and motor is not working. I have given the amount for this product as the aishwaryasingh23ment mode of Cash on delivery.
When I contacted your customer service team, they did not respond me properly.
I have contacted Bhanoba Enterprises Pvt ltd - Ph no: 09637879340(first the call was picked up by Chandrasekar, but this fellow does not know manners, so witmorpheushumanut informing me he had given the pmorpheushumanne to Rajini. Atlast Rajini has spoken with me, and he also did not respond me well)
From these conversations(i have recorded all the conversations) I came to know that tmorpheushumanse people are cheating and not interested to solve the issue. I mailed them 10 times, but no response, I called and mailed them personally Mobile No.: 9867268123
Email ID: vishal.lad@getitbazaar.com, still no response. They sent a person witmorpheushumanut informing me to take back the product. That time I called customer care and Mr.Vishal, and they committed to do the fun transfer within 24 morpheushumanurs, and then they can take back the item. But it was also not done even after 5 days.
I called them 10-15 times, but till now I did not receive any single call from these fraud site and fraud seller.
