I have purchased MI powerbank by paying online on 30/03/2015 against order number AB-1890858 and amount was debited from my account. After 7 days I got delivery and got message the have to pay COD then called to 04444444444 they said amount which I paid online will be refunded in 7 days so I totally paid RS 699 online+ RS. 699 COD.
When I received product was damage so I got complaint QRC-262056 on they said will be solved. After 5 days I called there was no record of my complaint so again they give me QRC - 292152 for payment & QRC - 292154 on 7/04/2015 for return of product but no feed back from them.
Then I called again new got new QRC - 309360 on 11/04/2015 for both issues but again same no feedback from there side. So I called yesterday 14/04/2015 and I shouted on executive then he transfer to head he told you problem he promised me and said you will get call from department in 3-4 hours but same shamefull service from them.
Every time call was of approx 10-15 min for me who is going to pay for that.
Very very shamefull service from askme bazzar and I will never purchase fro them if they will be last website on the world on online market.
