Worst Service ever. First time placed an order with Askme with next day delivery options. Paid 20k for the product on Friday. On Saturday we were suppose to receive the product. They don't sent any confirmation email, confirmation message for purchase of product. When we called on Friday, it was said you will receive the product on Saturday 1-4 p.m. After the stipulated time, we didn't received the product we called the customer support. They said they had lodged the complaint and will call us back. When didn't received the call back, we raised another complaint on Sunday today. First they were unable to track any order. Again suddenly, they got the tracking no.
The funny part is they got two tracking Ids now. Dont know about the other tracking Id. They said they will check and get back in 24 working hrs of the complaint. The working hours are from 7-8 Monday to Saturday. Means actually they need 3 days time. If this was the case, why we opted for the NDD. Obviously we were in a need of the thing that day. Pathetic Service. Who will be going to compensate for the loss? Never ever purchase products from the site, they even dont send the payment receipt as well. In case we raise a query, the same answer technical issue.
But that technical issue. If it were so. Kabhi to thik ho gaya hoga. or every customer are not send the receipt. Ecommerce companies and having such technical error. Applause!
