I placed the Order on 5th of August order id# AB4468417 and as per you guys I should get the product on or after 10 working days.
Till now there is no news about my product.Whether it is shipped or not.I called you Customer Support like 100 times and all I get the response is Sorry for the Inconvenience caused.
I even spoke to your Manager Named Naresh and he said I will get the product delivery by today but to my frustration I never received and called your support.
I got the Complaint#QRC40608569 This is really unprofessional that you don`t have a tracking system and Customer doesn`t have the option to contact the seller. Please look into it asap or I am going to Consumer Court for this
