Extremely pathetic state of affairs in this firm!


Ordered a product with with payment already done online and the delivery guy telling it is cash on delivery. Checked with customer care with the response that kindly pay right now and the refund processing we have started! That day was 1st Feb and it us 13th April right now and they dnt have the basic courtesy to address the problem.


Posted on fb wall( its full of unattended complaints) and searched their website for any contact details of a senior manager -none! there is no contact info of any higher official of this bloody fake website!
