Never even think about ordering from this site. Review on Askmebazaar

I ordered Bosch Smart Kit - GSB 10 RE Kit from askmebazaar.com as the price was a little bit less when compared to other sites(Order ID: DGA7116329). It was placed on 4th of November 2015.

1st and foremost, I do not have any option to track the status when I login to my account but I received the order confirmation to my email. I sent an email to support asking how I can view the status of my order and there was absolutely no response from them.

15 days went off, I was in a doubt whether they are going to deliver the product or not. Since there was no response to emails, I called their support line. Customer support representative gave me a tracking number(Delhivery S543710642180) and stated that it would be delivered in a week or so.

I waited for another week, there was no update. I checked in Delhivery's tracking status and saw that the shipment was not picked up from the seller's point. I called Delhivery to confirm and they informed that they haven't received the shipment yet.

I called askmebazaar customer support again and asked for the status. I was informed that the product is out of stock and they will issue a refund. I questioned them how my order was confirmed when the product was out of stock and they didn't had an answer.

There was no communication from their end, unless we call and ask them what the status is.

In the end, I ended up paying my money; wasted my time and energy to track the shipment and again call them to get my money back.

Absolutely horrible service one can imagine.

DON'T EVEN THINK PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, ELSE YOU WILL REGRET.

its been over 15 days since I received a notification that my money will be refunded. No sign of it. In between I called twice asking for status and they informed that the'concern team' will get back. I raised a complaint regarding this'QRC69990490' and it was closed automatically stating that the money was refunded. where the hell did it go?

I had to call again and ask for status and they opened up a new complaint'QRC72337083' and the same reply that the'concern team' will get back.

Askmebazaar proves that they are the No.1 fraudulent company in India and no one can compete them.

Keep up the good work in stealing others money.
