I would rate this search engine 9 upon 10
This is one of the best search engines before https://google.com came online. I have been using it for last 4 years. What best I like about the engine is the innovative way you can ask questions in normal language. Secondly, you get a list of optional question, which helps you, narrow, your search. But I would like to warn you that this might not be true in all cases. Sometime with all the options you tend to lose focus and waste time. It has also a list of popular sites in different category. I recommend you got through this section only if you have free time.
The engine is quite fast in normal modem speed (I leave it unto you to define ''normal'')
