Frauds & Cheats with Third Class Customer Service. Review on Asiatravel

I bought 3 deals with them and this is the story of the three:

First deal I bought was for Marina Bay Sands 2D1N which could be redeemed over a period of 2 months . Hotel had black out dates, 11th July was one of them and it said the black out dates can change. The hotel later started to book on the 11th and it could be booked through their website. I asked them if they could book me 11th? They said no, I said okay how about I pay any extra and you let me book? Since its available maybe its a higher rate.  No No NO! was all I got so I booked for 16th July instead( Today is 16th and I will go first to their office and then to Marina becoz I dont trust whether they have paid for it or not  read the next one to know why).

Second Deal:

Since I didnt get 11th through the above deal so I went online and bought the deal which books for one particular date rather than over a period as I was scared that they can say its not available on 11th, you can go for 12th or some other day . I didnt wanted to take chances. I didnt wanted to risk so I paid a little higher and bought 11th July deal. I went to the hotel on 11th they let me check in through the voucher and deducted 1, 000 dollars from my account, they said they would be returning it later. I said okay, At 10:00 p.m at night I got a call from the reception that Asia Travel has released no funds to the hotel so they would be charging me full amount and deducting from the deposit I put. My Breakfast was charged at$210 dollars which was supposedly free in the deal . I paid$600 for the room.  The so called deal included both the breakfast and the room( I paid out of my own pocket) . I called them up and asked them wtf was going on. They had nothing but bullshit, give voucher no. hotel no. I will get back to you later. No apologies nothing . They called back later but they had nothing to say really . NOTHING AT ALL . I was really angry and shouted( seems like they r used to it since they specialize in frauds).

Third Deal:

Before I bought and paid for the deal I called up and confirmed from asia travels if the hotel was available from 12th July to 15th July(these are the dates for which my parents will be staying in Singapore), only after they confirmed it was available and it was of no issue at all. I paid$752 dollars for a total of 4 vouchers and wished to extend the stay at 280 per day for two rooms that I was hoping to book. Now when I went to collect the tickets and hotel vouchers they are telling me none of the five hotels are available on 12th, I said okay how about 13th, 14th? Nothing? According to the voucher there was a choice of hotel, forget about choice, there isn't any hotel available. They are telling me that the hotels are fully booked whereas the hotel rooms are available for booking for these dates on the website, you can take a look at them yourself at https://asiatravel.com . They have cheated me of my 752 dollars, which is a big amount for me at this point in time.

Right now I have contacted paypal and claimed my money back . I am keeping my fingers crossed lets see what happens.
