In March 2011, my wife and I used Asia Travel for our month in Philippines. We booked a executive suite in Villa Caceres in Naga City. When we arrived we were given a standard room, the Room Supervisor Margie lied to us, told us this was the suite.
The day before we left, the front desk called to tell us that they had double booked our suite, the people who had it are leaving and we could get our suite now.
Unbelievable!! I told Margie she should give us a dinner for two for ripping us off. She agreed but when we went to eat, the waiter said we could only get low price items under 300 pesos. I told them what they could do with their garbage hotel.
I complained to Asia Travel to ask for a refund. Asia Travel has not did anything for us and will not print our review for that garbage rip off hotel.
Asia Travel wants that hotel to rip off other clients, obviously or else they would print our review to warn others.
I will never use Asia Travel again, be very careful of them.
