First off I wanted to make sure that this site wasnt a scam and that people were actually able to claim their ticket, and it was possible so I went ahead a booked a flight from the Philippines to Vancouver. I read the terms and conditions and they also stated that if there was a need to cancel the flight, there will be a penalty(fair enough). They were about$100 cheaper than other agencies so I went with them. WRONG MOVE.
We ended up having to cancel the ticket due to personal reasons and when we tried to do that, they said it wasnt possible because there were no refunds. So we did what we could and changed the date of the flight for an extra$130. Unfortunately, again, due to personal reasons we were unable to fly out and needed to cancel the ticket completely or just transfer it to another flyer or even change the destination of the flight. To our amazement they said it was nonrefundable, nontransferable, nonrerouteable, basically a "no" to everything and there was nothing we could do but to give them our$1500+ . They told us to look at their "ticketing conditions" so I did, and no information of any kind was given about not being able to do anything about cancelled tickets.
out of anger we checked and checked and checked their site for guidelines and cancellations. nothing!. then. we checked our E-ticket again and there it was NONEND/NONRERTE/NONREFUNDABLE. . wait. that info was on the E-TICKET. that was issued to us AFTER the ticket had already been purchased. I guess the cancellation fee was the entire price of the ticket+taxes.
We're out$1500 and VERY upset.
They're just out to get your money! Stay Safe! pay the extra$100 and if anything happens, u can still get a refund.
