Am a Asianet Cable Customer about 12 or more years, now a days they are very irresponsible.If any lightning, thunderstorms, even a wind appeared, the cable got disconnected, and even we call customer care, the technicians will not solve the issue at time.The Management didn't do anything to correct there Employees.
Employees are working there according to there Wish.If a customer complaint about the connection, they check it according to there wish.
Totally frustrated of there Connection and planning to buy Sun Direct or any other affordable Network, and other providers are also less charge for One year than Asianet.
Many Peoples facing these issues, on Monday evening the cable got disconnected, me and several peoples complain it to customer care, but on Tuesday 12 pm they correct the issue, they want only money not service.
Better wireless connections are best.
