Save yourself the nightmare. Hands down the worst service and customer care ever. I had my internet down for a few days and really needed to have it fixed in time for a project deadline completion. Called customer care 37 times in 12 hours and pleaded (begged) them to come and repair it, as the project needed to be send from my ISP itself.
After a few hours of repeated calls, they told me the whole area connection was down due to line failure. (My neighbour's Asianet internet was working at this same time).
The 37th call I made was at 5:30 pm, when they told me the general line problem was repaired at 5 pm, and by then it had become too late to repair individual complaints. This has to be one of the worst services ever! (Imagine a customer service who lies to its customers).
