I took Asianet service a couple of months back. Following are the issues I faced:
1) Connection activated a whole week after what was originally committed to after numerous follow ups with customer service
2) The Sales agent who makes the sale does not pick up the phone once he gets your signature on the contract and has no accountability.
3) The customer service reps who pick up the phone puts you on hold and then hangs up with no resolution.
I think these guys are riding on the fact that they dont have much of a competition in Trivandrum, I hope that changes soon and the broadband level of service improves.
Also for a 50 Mbps connection, I barely get 20-22 MBps download speed and 6-8 Mbps upload speed. Stay away from these guys, if you have any choice!
