I had been using Asianet Broadband connection for last one and half year, I won't suggest any one to go for it. Very bad customer support, they really don't know any thing about asianet connections, they only say, we will follow your complaint, we followed your complaint as urgent.
Even if you ask a doubt, they don't even hear that and say the same above recorded comments and you won't get any solution in near future. I have cancelled my connection after fed up due to their bad service and customer care. I called them for cancelling my connection, they won't explain me the procedure. Then I sent a mail to their customer care id, no reply from them. I directly went to their office and cancelled the connection.
Now I am waiting for my refund amount, I didn't receive that after 60 days of my cancellation. Whenever I call to the customer care, they are making my complaint as urgent. Their manager told me that I will get the refund cheque within 45 days, not received after 60 days. No one from Asianet having any idea about when the refund can be processed.So I request you all, please don't go for this bloody Asianet connection.
