The broadband speed of Asianet is very poor for the last 1 week. My mobile 2G has better speed than this crap connection now. I submitted more than 10 complaints through their Android app since there so called customer care number is just piece of sh*t that nobody can ever connect. I doubt if anyone ever had successfully make a call to their customer care executive.
Even after submitting numerous complaints from the app there is no improvement or fix to the issue. I need a fix to this issue since I need a consistent network for my work and other uses. Also I need a refund equals to the amount for one week usage of Asianet BB since its been down for a week.
