I'm writing about Asianet web hosting here because I didnt find a suitable category and company name. But I can't wait to publish this news. Below is the reply to the mail I received from Asianet.

You mail says this domain is available for anyone to register. But when I tried it now through another service provider, it is still reserved in my name. Why is that? Please make sure that you remove the domain from my name and asianet right away, because your mail shows a different message.
REASONS FOR ME NOT TO RENEW MY SERVICES WITH ASIANET.
When I register a domain name with asianet, I have never received any link to allocate/buy server space for it. How can you be a hosting company without giving connectivity?
The same domain name https://josephbastin.com, when I registered it online, I was not able to see the domain in my admin console. BECAUSE WE NEVER GET YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THROUGH, I had to visit your Trivandrum office to know whats happening with the domain I registered. I came to know that though I registered the domain, it was actually not registered. It was still available for people to buy, though I paid and registered it (smiles). I lost my trust in you with that incident. I cannot play games with my clients domains.
One of my another website was down many times few months back. I tried reaching your customer care phone. If someone gets the number through, its a lottery for them because its so hard to get the customer care number. Why can't you upgrade your epbax? Asianet is such a big company right?
When my site was going down very often and when I spoke to someone in asianet, they told me that some major server maintenance is going on. Let me ask you something? Isn't it your duty to inform the customers that a maintenance like this is going on and your website may not be available for these many hours? At the same time the site was down for a while for couple of days. My clients in US had appointments with their clients and when they tried demo'ing using my website, my website is down. Who will pay the loss that me and my clients have incurred due to your un-informed maintenance?
Your admin console is not that user friendly. It is COMPLICATED.
LOOK AT YOUR MAIL BELOW. DO YOU SEE ANY MISTAKE IN IT? Sorry. If you had found the mistake, it would not have been here.
You mail shows a URL for Technical Support. Click that link and tell me where it takes you. It took me to a page not found page. THIS IS HOW YOU PROVIDE TECHINICAL SUPPORT?
Where is the contact details (email, phone numbers) of Technical Support?
Now, look at your Sales/Billing email and phone numbers. If it is a Professional Company, will they ever have same email and phone numbers for Sales and Billing? It shows that these two departments are managed by just one person. How can one person attend to so many issues? Have you appointed a robot or a person who do not have heart for this position to attend all these requirements?
NOW YOU TELL ME WHY SHOULD I RENEW MY SERVICES WITH YOU? If you can convince me, I'll renew my domain.
