My deep dissatisfaction with the painting service provided by Asian Paints for the renovation painting of my house. Despite our expectations of professionalism and quality work, our experience has been far from satisfactory.
The work conducted by your employees lacks professionalism and attention to detail, with subpar finishing that does not meet our standards. Our attempts to address these issues were met with resistance, coercion, and disrespect from your representatives.
Moreover, there have been unacceptable delays in completing the work, along with irresponsible behavior such as dumping debris in our garage and refusing to dispose of it. Additionally, disrespectful behavior from your representative, Bikash, towards my wife, further exacerbated our dissatisfaction.
The lack of adherence to the agreed payment structure, along with numerous instances of unprofessional conduct and delays, has led us to discontinue the work and consider legal action.
I demand an explanation and prompt resolution to these issues. Failure to do so will result in further escalation of this matter.
