They claim big stuff.. They say they haveprofessionalswho will visityour home and advice you about the painting. their painters are supposed to have had training .. they bring amoisturemeter and check your walls.. all a big Sham.. The product itself is horrible. The paint which issupposedt bewashablecomes off with the stain.. the walls are already cracking and there is seepage ofmoisturefrom places that have no source of moisture., this after two months of the painting.Internal walls that have no bathrooms behind them or water pipes or externalaccessto absorbing water areshowingmoisture now.. paint is peeling off in less than two months.. What a waste. My house is 3200 sq feet but after doing half the work we had to throw them out. They have noaccountability. No ethics and no standards. everything depends on the moisture meter.. which on one occasion showed zero percent moisture in a wall and the very next day showed 20% moisture. They dint start work until their moisture meter said less than 10% moisture .. then after completing the work the same moisture meter is showing 20% and more moisture.. where did the moisture come from? its the water they mix in their own pain to save on the product and to cheat the customer.Big claims are made that colour expertswilladviceyou on what shades to use in each room.. I was just handed a shade card.. select the paint madam.. never saw any expert in the threemonthsthat they worked in my house. On lodging complaints about dissatisfaction of the paint job.. the senior person comes home and talks the same talk as the painters.. the complaint never gets to go beyond thatlevel..Please customers stay away from Asian paints home solutions and their Paint.. get theneighborhoodpainter to come instead..at leastwhen there is a problem he will be willing to come and do a re coat
