For a company as big as Asian paints, the services we have received are extremely poor. The reason we chose Asian paints in the first place to do up our new house was with the idea that being a company of this stature they would be professional and would require less supervision from our end. However it turned out to be the complete opposite.
Even during the course of work the quality provided was way below the level shown by local workers who had been doing up our place before. Repeated requests, complaints and feedback fell on deaf ears. Mails, calls, Personal interactions . Nothing seemed to work.
Even if someone would come to our place they would just look around and leave without putting any light on what is the course of action that would be followed next(if at all). After having spent so much time, effort and money if this is the best quality that Asian Paints has to offer then approaching the company for such work is just not worth it.
We would never ever recommend Asian paints to anybody for the kind of work quality and services it has to offer. 6 months on, the wood polish inside the house also feels as if it has been exposed to the sun, leave alone what it looks like on the outside.
They did not even clean the polish sprayed on the floor properly. It still remains the same. They do not respond to calls or mails too. How to get in touch with them and whom to talk/ complain to is beyond understanding.
I must say - local workers show a more professional attitude than this high ended company. We regret our decision to have approached Asian paints at all. To others please be wise enough before going in for them.
