- Nursing staff will never help me.They are busy among themselves. Even if you say something to them, they will ignore you.
2.Nursing staff is not qualifies and dont even know how to inject canvella into the veins.
3.I have observed they take samples of blood from unconcerned patients.
- Nursing staff doesnt know the regional language and dont even make an attempt to understand what you are saying.
5.Most of the nursing staff is untrained.
They dont care about your problems and do not visit yo after the doctor has left.
They take minimum 3 hours to give the treatment, the doctor prescribes.
Not even a bench is provided to the attendant i.e. 24 Hours on chair which is not even comfortable to sit.
If you require one tablet they will give you one strip which is higher prices from all medicines. For example i got cefuroxime and clavnate pottasium for rs 440 generic which is easily available in market for only rs 120-130 in pharma. Open loot and no control of prices in medicines
You will get a laxative syrup for rs 100/- which is only rs 25/- in market. This is only an example. Ambiguity is far more.
Most importantly food provided to the patients is very bad in taste and chapati provided by them is very cheap in quality.
In their canteen on 4th floor they provide veg thali for rs 100/- which also has very cheap food quality and self service while on road far better food for only rs 50/- is available. They should improve their food quality according to their standard which they set for themselves
13 at last their discharge policy is terrible. Almost all the patients go through this painful journey. After doctor's discharge they take atleast 3 hours to discharge your patients
I will not allow any of friend or relative to take treatment from this hospital. Its our right to get for what we are paying that is - care. Which is unavailable from their services.
