It will be very much embarrassed if I stat with a critic. But I need to.
When I filled my new OP form at 9:30 AM, the file went to Dr directly at 12:30 PM.
I was roaming number of times between Dr cabin to reception no of times.
12:30 PM: Dr Rajesh Gupta called us. PA of Dr was reluctant to take us as we are a new patient to him. PA updated that Dr Rajesh Gupta treats only old patients.Surprised one.
When we entered Dr room, Dr Rajesh Gupta, he not even asked the patient politely or coordially. Bluntly he wrote the number of tests to be done and ask us to leave.
Now, Pathetic situation started. We waited for giving blood samples for 2 hrs. and then for laproscopic ultrasonography, we waited for 4 hrs.No one there to take care the patient. though patient vomit there, they shout at u .
No space to sit for patient. I Pity at my Mom as she as a patient, slept on floor beside a toilet. Pissed off with the administration.
When I consulted again the Dr.with the reports, He just saw and given Tablets. He Neither explained the situation to us nor told what to be done further.
As a Dr, he need not prescribe the things first. But if he does a sweet discussion with Patient, That will endorse a great thoughts to patient.
if some one dont know other language than Telugu, Dont visit this Hospital as all Drs are from North and they dont speak telugu properly.
I recommend, It is better to visit a Govt Hospital than going to Asian Instistute of Gastroenterology.
Dr PN Reddy elevated this with his efforts. But others spoining this.
