This is not a book store they behave like they are in government office, they doesn't care why you called for which purpose or they doesn't even care if you will go to the book store personally.
Their phone is always ringing, they hate picking up the phone & accidentally if they picks the phone they directly says "kya hai, ku call kr rahe ho" you will not able to say anything. Till you decide to say something, phone will get disconnected.
Secondly, if you will reach to there shop, they doesn't care. If they are watching T.V than it doesn't matter who you are & which book you want. I really had a very bad experience.
