Very happy with the service...go for it. Review on Ashoka Packers and Movers

I moved through Ashoka Packers and movers from delhi to gurgaon, I had an awesome experience with the shift I had this time....all thanks to the great customer handling by the ppl of ashoka packers especially Mr.Anoop their head supervisor in operations. I work for a MNC and dont get a lot of time for other stuff last weekend I had to shift to gurgaon as its closer to my work place and I had called a couple of vendors for my house shift. I was very particular about ny things as many of them are from my in-laws and u knw how furious it gets wen something coming from ur wife's place gets broken !!! LOL.

I clearly explained all the vendors about my requirement and how specific I want things to be, I then shortlisted two vendors ashoka packers and agarwal packers but in result of the kind of follow up and customer support the ppl of ashoka  had towards me I felt that ashoka packers should be a good choice. On the day of the shift these ppl turned at the right time and were very particular about the packing. I was extremely happy to notice that what specific kind of description I gave to their marketing guy( Mr.Pandey) the packers team was aware of it to fullest of extents.This meant that they had good communication between their marketing and operations team as this is the main problem in packers and movers industry. ive shifted a couple of times but earlier with others it was always like the marketing guy tells every thing will be done as per my requirement but when the packers turn up they are not even aware of the deal, they just come and try to complete their work as soon as possible.I was very impressed with ashoka packers in this aspect.

After the packing was done the packers loaded and unloaded my house thing with safety at my flat in gurgaon.the unpacking part also was done quite well. the unpacking was general but I was extremely happy during the unpacking coz I could see their was no scratches or damages to my things and unless like the last couple of times my wife couldn't blame me for choosing a wrong company hehehe jokes apart I would like to say you could go for ashoka packers for ur shift as they are good in handling ur goods with care......and as their usp (relations with relocations......always)i feel they do mean it and cheers to their customer support and full marks for customer satisfaction.
